Terms of Service
1. The service
Zutt lets you create "films" — private event albums where guests capture a limited number of photos that are revealed all at once, at a time chosen by the host. The service is operated by Zutt App. By using Zutt you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You can sign in with Apple, Google, or join as a guest (anonymous session). You are responsible for activity on your account. Guests may link their session to a full account at any time, preserving their photos.
3. Your content
Photos you capture remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely to store, process, and display that content to a film's participants — that is, to operate the service. We do not use your content for advertising. When you join a film, your photos become visible to that film's participants after reveal, and the host may download them when downloads are enabled.
4. Conduct
You may not use Zutt for unlawful content, content that infringes others' rights (including image and privacy rights), or abusive content. Hosts may delete their own film; we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Report issues to contato@zutt.me.
5. Purchases
Films are free for up to 5 participants. Larger plans are sold as one-time, per-film purchases processed by Apple (in-app purchases). Prices are shown before you confirm. Refunds follow App Store policy and are requested directly from Apple.
6. Availability and warranties
We work to keep the service available and your photos safe, but Zutt is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We recommend downloading your photos after reveal. To the maximum extent permitted by law — and without limiting mandatory consumer rights — our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant film's plan.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete Account). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
